What Should I Do? |

Depending on the age of the remote trainer we can build a replacement transmitter or
collar. If your system is not a G2 or G3 and we can build a replacement it will be
necessary to send the existing components to our Service Department so that the remote
trainer can be fully tested to ensure proper operation of the entire system. We strongly recommend
contacting Customer Service prior to sending your remote trainer. That will ensure the
quickest and most accurate response to your request. You can contact Customer Service by
calling us at 1-800-456-4343.
If your remote trainer is no longer
supported by Tri-Tronics, you can purchase new products from our Online Store, and see all of our new
features including G3 and G2 EXP units.
